Growth is an essential part of our business. To double in size every three to four years, we must help our people develop in terms of capabilities and responsibilities. At the same time, we must drive the international composition of our team, which is key to our ongoing global expansion. These latest appointments reflect the importance of this strategy and we are delighted to welcome our new principals to the management team.
