Jesper has more than 20 years’ experience in Strategic Procurement and Supply Chain. At Efficio, he has played a prominent role in building the firm’s market in the Nordic Region and Germany. Jesper is an expert in scoping the opportunity and laying out a practical, yet aggressive plan that delivers lasting results. He holds a master’s in Industrial Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark, and a Bachelor of Economics in Organisation and Strategy from Copenhagen Business School.
Christo has 15 years’ experience in Supply Chain transformation consulting with global firms including Andersen, PwC / IBM and now Efficio. He delivers outstanding client service and has played an integral role in supporting Efficio’s sustained growth to a global leader in Procurement. Christo graduated from the University of the Witwatersrand with a BSc in Mechanical Engineering in 1995.
Thor joined Efficio in 2011 and focuses on clients within the Financial Services, Infrastructure and Retail sectors, executing business strategy and delivering benefits in cost transformation projects. Thor holds a Master of Science in International Business and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business Administration from NHH, the Norwegian School of Economics, in Bergen, Norway.
Juho joined Efficio from KPMG Finland in 2015. He has led several end-to-end sourcing projects and workstreams within Procurement transformation initiatives. Juho has strong expertise in Industrial Manufacturing, and has also delivered successful projects in Steel Manufacturing, Real Estate and Fast Moving Consumer Goods. He holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Management from the Tampere University of Technology in Finland.
Timmy joined Efficio in 2016 from a leading business consultancy. He has a broad experience in business development, business analysis, consulting and over 6 years of experience within the financial service sector across the Nordic and UK market. He is currently leading the strategic sourcing activity within a workstream as a part of a large procurement programme within a leading insurer. Timmy holds a double master’s degree in Management and Economics of Innovation and Electrical Engineering, both from Chalmers University of Technology.
Martin joined Efficio in 2014 from a Scandinavian strategy and business consultancy. His recent work has involved transforming procurement for a major Private-Equity-owned Nordic cards and payments services provider, developing the future local content strategy and structure for a Middle Eastern government, and professionalising supplier relationships of a large European logistics company in Denmark. Martin holds a master’s in Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark.
Jens joined Efficio after completing a triple master’s degree at ESCP Europe business school. He has worked on a variety of projects including optimising the logistics network in Germany for one of Europe’s leading laboratory service providers, and carrying out the due diligence for a multinational chemical company in Switzerland. He has also led commercial negotiations and the development of a global outsourcing deal for the procurement department of a major bank.
Lars’ diverse project experience ranges from helping Private Equity portfolio companies to accelerate savings across public infrastructure programmes to benchmarking the maturity of Nordic companies’ procurement functions. Lars has worked extensively across Scandinavia and Italy and has hands-on experience with procurement of direct and indirect categories, and with upskilling and reorganising procurement teams. He holds a master’s in Engineering Design from the Technical University of Denmark (DTU).
Lars is based predominantly in the Nordics and Italy, working with large teams on procurement and supply chain projects for Private-Equity-owned financial services companies. Most recently, he has been involved in a challenging project for a Danish global building materials firm, overseeing the road transportation tender and replenishment of its retail stores. Lars holds a master’s in Finance and Accounting from Copenhagen Business School. He joined Efficio in 2014.
Jesper has been with Efficio since 2014. His extensive cross-sector experience allows him to combine his analytical and problem-solving nature with business and management. Most recently he has worked with a leading financial service provider in the Nordics as well as a renowned global manufacturer of pump and compressor equipment, covering both direct and indirect categories. Jesper has a degree in Civil Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark.
Daniel’s procurement expertise is built on experience with a variety of European clients, primarily in financial services. He is currently involved with strategic sourcing, data analyses and relationship management as part of a procurement programme for a Nordic insurer. His previous roles have also helped him gain specialist insight on IT strategy as well as Mergers and Acquisitions. He holds a Master of Science in Engineering Physics from Uppsala University, Sweden.
Mikkel joined Efficio in 2016, having held a consultancy role for a global leader in medical technology. To date, his work for Efficio has encompassed market analysis, strategy development and stakeholder management, executive presentations and business development. Mikkel has a BEng in Export from the Technical University of Denmark and a double master’s in International Business from EAE Business School and Universidad Camilo José Cela in Spain.
Sebastien grew up in Bergen, Norway, moving to Toulouse to pursue his studies in Economics, gaining a postgraduate degree from the Toulouse School of Economics. Since joining Efficio in 2016, Sebastien has worked exclusively with a client in the Canadian insurance industry, gaining key skills and experience in computer programmes, procurement training principles and client interaction.
Johanna joined Efficio in 2015 after completing her MSc at Tampere University of Technology. She has fulfilled a variety of roles from data analysis to negotiating with suppliers and training clients on industry best practice. Most recently she has been engaged on a project for a global financial services company, delivering benefits to the legal function through improved commercial management and sourcing initiatives.
Kevin joined Efficio in 2016 and is currently working on the development and implementation of a legal sourcing strategy for a global leader in the financial services industry. Kevin holds a MEng in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm (KTH) and a BSc in Business and Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics.
