About the speaker 

Michelle Fargen, MCIPS, has been the Global Head of Procurement and Sustainable Sourcing for Croda International Plc since September 2020.

With a vision of Smart Science to Improve Lives, Croda has a defined commitment to be Climate Positive, Land Positive and People Positive by 2030. Prior to joining Croda, Michelle led procurement activities for a large contract catering organisation in a variety of roles, spending 20 years with them in the Unites States before later being transferred to their executive team in the United Kingdom.

During this event, Michelle will discuss the topic: 'How to create a forum for women to connect, mentor, be mentored and seek advice within our organisations'. Women often face different challenges in the workplace to men, so creating a forum for women is integral to nurturing and developing female talent.
