The Future Procurement Leaders Network is an interactive workshop series for professionals establishing their careers in procurement and supply chain. These events provide a unique opportunity to network and engage with peers while exploring the key topics shaping the future of the profession.

This session will be led by Veronica Cooke, Procurement Specialist at Arm. The evening will begin with networking, drinks and food, followed by an opening talk from Veronica. She will reflect on how procurement has already changed, drawing on her own experience to explore topics including:

  • The move from fragmented procurement processes to integrated digital procurement platforms.
  • How AI is beginning to support activities such as contract reviews and spend analytics.
  • The continued importance of human judgement, data quality and responsible AI adoption.
  • What procurement might look like in 2035.

Veronica is a procurement professional with over six years of experience across a range of industries, including the last three years in technology at Arm. She progressed from contractual administration support into a Category Specialist role, where she manages the End User Devices and IT Services category while supporting wider initiatives across the technology cluster, including SaaS, Engineering Professional Services and Hardware. Veronica is close to completing her MCIPS qualification and sits on the board of the CIPS East Anglia Branch Committee.
