Due to this growth, Efficio is seeking an experienced Group Financial Reporting Manager. 

Role Summary
The Senior Accountant role responsible for overseeing the organization's financial reporting processes, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. The position involves strategic management of reporting activities and collaboration with stakeholders to drive transparency and accuracy in financial disclosures.

Who we’re looking for:

Key Responsibilities
• Financial Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP/IFRS standards.
• General Ledger Management: Maintain the general ledger, ensure proper account reconciliations, and monitor journal entries.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal tax regulations, filing required returns and resolving compliance issues.
• Audit Support: Coordinate internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and responses to auditors.
• Cost Analysis: Analyze financial data, identify cost-saving opportunities, and provide recommendations for operational improvements.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements to accounting processes and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Accounts Payable/Receivable Oversight: Oversee AP/AR activities, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow, prepare cash flow projections, and ensure adequate liquidity for operations

Qualifications

Education and Certification
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required).
• CPA, CIMA, or other relevant accounting certifications (preferred). Experience
• Minimum of 2+ years of progressive accounting experience

Technical Skills
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and tax regulations.
• Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.

Soft Skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
