I joined Efficio two years ago with over nine years of procurement and supply chain experience in the Retail and Automotive industries, from senior roles including Global Procurement Manager for Tapestry (previously Coach, Inc.) and Strategic Buyer for Tier 1 Automotive Supplier, Chassix.
I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from Michigan State University, I also carry a certification in Corporate Finance from the New York Institute of Finance. I'm fluent in Hindi and conversationally proficient in Spanish.
As a Manager in the consulting practice, I lead a team of consultants to deliver procurement transformation programmes, strategic sourcing initiatives, and operational process improvements for our clients. At Efficio, I have had the opportunity to work across many different industries but recently I’ve been particularly focussing on Software, Emergency Services, and Educational Publishing.
With this comes ample opportunity to not only learn more but also utilise past experience to achieve valuable results for clients. One particular example being I was able to leverage my automotive industry experience to help achieve 20% savings for an Emergency Services client, working with them to build a brand-new ambulance that abided by all national and regional government regulations. Furthermore, I worked with to deploy a vehicle replacement programme that yielded a run rate savings of 10% for the next three years.
In addition to my consulting role, I lead North American Women’s Network for the firm.
What I like about Efficio
At Efficio, your growth opportunity is limitless, and you are constantly learning. You are surrounded by passionate and collaborative individuals.
I am an avid soccer (football) player and love to dance. In my free time, I teach Bollywood dancing and I’m trained in Indian classical dance. I enjoy traveling to learn more about the history, culture, people and cuisines of different places - I then take it to my kitchen to test my skills.
