Strategic integration: Embedding Social Value in procurement

Under the Procurement Act 2023, contracting authorities must have regard to the National Procurement Policy Statement (NPPS) and its priorities. In practice, this strengthens expectations around planning for, measuring and managing social value outcomes through appropriate KPIs and reporting.
