Procurement Act - One year on: Lessons learned

The Procurement Act went live on 24 February 2025, marking a significant shift in how public sector procurements are designed and delivered. One year on, contracting authorities have now had time to apply the new rules in practice, including running live procurements using the Competitive Flexible Procedure.
