Diversity at Efficio

Efficio is a company that is international by design. We intentionally recruit staff from multiple nationalities and backgrounds and nurture an international mindset. We do this for two reasons: First, our clients often have an international footprint and we need to field a team that understands the culture and market context within which they operate. Second, we have found that culturally diverse teams create a unique, vibrant working culture and lead to higher performance.

We manage Efficio as one global P&L – we staff globally and our senior management team is incentivised to grow the overall business. As such, our leadership teams together to service our clients no matter the geography. At all levels of Efficio, we are expected to work across regions and we strongly encourage global mobility.

We are proud to have staff from over 60 nationalities and a range of lived experiences spread across our offices globally. In each office we build a multi-cultural team to foster our strong company culture.

Company culture

Our company culture is strongly influenced by its ownership structure. It is a private company owned by its employees and we are pleased that over one third of our team are Efficio shareholders. Efficio’s 20%+ annual growth is propelled by our shareholders who personally benefit from the growth of the company through increased roles and responsibilities as well as increased shareholder value.

We believe that growth fuels a positive, forward looking mindset where individuals can focus on accelerating their development in order to fulfil Efficio’s requirements for a rapidly increasing management team. We develop our own future leaders and our VPs are promoted from within.

Gender balance

Efficio is committed to driving increased gender balance. We have set clear targets from growing the representation of women in leadership and at all levels at Efficio. We have already grown our female population from 25% to 35% in the last 3 years and are on track to achieving 33% of women in management positions by 2027. We continue to strive towards gender parity as we continue on our growth journey.
