He brings deep expertise in strategic sourcing and transformation within asset-intensive, regulated environments, and has led large, complex spend portfolios through the full procurement lifecycle - from opportunity identification and strategy development through to contract award and supplier management. He has also supported a range of clients in designing and implementing procurement transformation programmes.

Paddy specialises in leading large, long-term engagements across the Utilities and Infrastructure sectors, partnering closely with clients to deliver sustainable value while embedding capability within their teams for the long term. He focuses on ensuring procurement functions are structured, governed, and equipped to operate independently and deliver sustained commercial performance.
