His experience spans designing and delivering large-scale transformation programs, optimizing value chains, and embedding data-driven and AI-enabled tools to improve decision-making and project outcomes. Moufid has supported both public and private sector entities in developing effective operating models, governance frameworks, and cost management capabilities across diverse industries.

Before joining Efficio, Moufid worked with leading consulting and EPC organizations, bridging strategic and operational perspectives to deliver sustainable impact. He is fluent in Arabic, English, and French.
