Laura Marsden Aldridge

Laura leads Efficio’s Secure Government and Policing practice, delivering commercial strategy transformation and helping organisations to build secure, resilient supply chains across Defence, Central Government and Law Enforcement.  A specialist in public sector procurement of innovation, she has worked alongside both government departments and start-ups to facilitate the UK government’s access to novel technologies.  Laura has held Chief of Staff and trusted advisor roles within government, shaping functional strategies and ensuring their effective communication and delivery.  

Laura’s career in procurement began at the UK’s largest supermarket, where she held both buying and technical roles.  Alongside her public sector work, she provides subject matter expertise to projects in the food and retail sectors, and is a proud member of Efficio’s Armed Forces Community.
