Kate has worked across Efficio’s service offering, with significant experience in operational transformation, supply chain, category management and strategic sourcing. She has led major projects across the UK public sector and global industries including utilities, media, telecoms, and financial services.

Kate specialises in driving organisational change, building cross-functional strategies, and delivering measurable value through improved commercial practices. Her recent work includes enhancing supply chain resilience for the MOD, advising on commercial transformation at a public procurement organisation, and leading supply planning and reporting for the UK national vaccine programme.
