Cam is a leader in Efficio’s Defence practice, who has led programmes across major Defence Primes and the UK Ministry of Defence. A manufacturing engineer by background, Cam specialises in procurement and supply chain transformation, helping clients align engineering, commercial and operational priorities in complex, regulated environments.
 
He has led large-scale transformation programmes affecting organisations of >10,000 people, with expertise in performance management, operational planning and throughput improvement. Cam focuses on translating strategy into sustainable change by embedding robust KPIs, strengthening client capability and creating lasting cultural change. Beyond Defence, he has led an end-to-end retail supply chain transformation delivering >£30 million in recurring annual benefits.
