Andrew specialises in procurement-led value creation and transformation for sovereign wealth funds, investment funds and public sector institutions across the Middle East and Europe. As part of Efficio’s Private Equity practice, he partners with investors and portfolio leadership teams to translate procurement opportunities into measurable performance and embedded capability.

He leads end-to-end programmes spanning strategy, operating model and governance through to execution, supplier management and capability uplift. Andrew has delivered large-scale transformations in sovereign and government-backed environments, as well as regulated sectors such as healthcare, building procurement functions that are performance-driven, resilient and able to sustain value over the long term.
