Alberto is a Principal with over 10 years’ experience in operations consulting, specialising in Procurement and Supply Chain. He has led major cost reduction, procurement excellence and transformation programmes for global clients across both the public and private sectors.

With a background in Mechanical Engineering, Alberto has extensive experience working in complex industrial environments, particularly across Petrochemicals and Defence, alongside broader experience in Healthcare and BPO.

Alberto also leads Efficio’s Professional Services sourcing Community of Practice, supporting the development and deployment of specialist category expertise across Efficio’s global client engagements.
