Efficio announces Director promotions across global team

Efficio is delighted to announce the promotion of Adnan Ghotmi, Andrew Deakin, Ben Lambert, Jennifer Karger, Jessica Spicher, Marco Bongiovanni, and Marcus Southern to Director. 

Each has made a unique contribution to Efficio's growth and will strengthen our leadership team in 2026 and beyond.  

• Adnan leads Efficio’s Capital Projects & Infrastructure practice in the UAE, delivering major transformation programmes across complex, large-scale environments.  
• Andrew’s work leading large-scale procurement programmes has been key to delivering sustainable value and building long-term capability for clients.  
• Ben has been crucial for driving value creation and operational improvement with private equity firms and their portfolio companies.  
• Jennifer’s work with global industrial and manufacturing organisations has been vital to the delivery of complex procurement transformation programmes. 
• Jessica helps clients build high-performing procurement functions and implement the structures needed to sustain long-term performance. 
• Marco has been central to Efficio’s growth in North America, while delivering procurement and supply chain improvements for clients and building high-performing teams. 
• Marcus's innovative work leading the development of Efficio’s technology-enabled solutions has helped clients unlock greater value through digital procurement and supply chain tools.
