Companies have been advised to enact long-term scenario planning sooner rather than later.

Ben says:

It’s like training for a marathon, you have to start doing some runs now. The earlier you are in planning this, the better it is. If you do it at the last minute, it will be everyone talking to the same suppliers and it will be harder to achieve what you need to get.
