Brexit: What can procurement do right now?

In an article originally published in Supply Management, Efficio’s Ben Lambert speaks on UK companies’ readiness for the UK’s exit from the European Union.

He says, although people are taking Brexit into consideration when implementing larger changes, they “are not taking the actions to become Brexit fit yet”.

He continues that organizations need to become internally strengthened by upskilling both their teams and the end users to create the frameworks that they will use after Brexit.
