At Efficio, we're not just a consulting firm; we're a team of dedicated experts committed to transforming procurement and supply chain functions. Our mission is to drive sustainable, measurable value for our clients through innovative solutions and deep industry insights. Join us and be part of a dynamic environment where your skills and ideas make a real impact.

Efficio is the world’s largest specialist procurement and supply chain consultancy, with offices across Europe, North America, and the Middle East. We’re a diverse team of over 1,000 individuals, representing more than 60 different nationalities and speaking 40+ languages – and we’re continuing to grow rapidly!

We are recruiting for our London office where you'll be joining a growing team of nearly 500 people. London is Efficio's global Headquarters where consultants based in London will support clients across the UK and Europe with opportunity to travel globally. Our consultants provide flexible support to clients whether it is a rapid assessment, short term savings realisation or embedding in a long-term partnership to deliver lasting and measurable value to clients.

Efficio derives a significant proportion of it’s business year on year from it’s network of contacts (past client, professional and personal networks). The ability to collect, map, track and engage contacts is therefore a source of competitive advantage.

Working as part of the BD team you will be responsible for leveraging various tools and data bases that Efficio has access to in order to collect contact data, map contact networks and track contact moves. You use outputs from this contact mapping/tracking exercise to identify and report interesting contacts to the BD team and broader consultant groups in order for them to take action on engaging the contacts and creating new leads for the company.

The cadence of the output will vary from regular standard weekly outputs to ad hoc research requests on specific companies, sectors or regions. Ideally, this would be a part-time internship where the successful candidate is available 2–3 days per week over an extended period. However, we’re open to adapting the schedule for the right profile and can accommodate individual availability.

This is an opportunity to play a role in the BD efforts of a fast growing global consultancy and there will be a lot of opportunity to gain exposure to how our business works, our services, different roles and functions and is a fantastic overall learning experience.

What will you be doing?

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum commitment of 3 days per week over 3 months
  • Strong academic record with evidence of high performance and a proactive learning mindset
  • Available to begin in January and commit to a minimum of 3 months, with 6 months preferred
