The Role

Location: Saudi Arabia (site-based role outside Riyadh)

We are looking for a senior commercial partner to the Hospitality & Tourism business, responsible for shaping and delivering procurement strategies that enable destination experiences and tourism operations.

The role translates hospitality and tourism business plans into sourcing and contracting strategies that optimise total cost of ownership and secure the right partners across pre-opening, opening, and steady-state operations, combining strategic advisory with hands-on intervention on high-value or time-critical packages.

What will you be doing?

• Shape sourcing, route-to-market, and contracting strategies for major hospitality and tourism workstreams, driving early market engagement to secure capacity, pricing, and service quality across hotels, F&B, and guest experience categories.
• Challenge scope, specifications, and service levels to balance guest experience, brand standards, and total cost of ownership, identifying and implementing value levers across cost, service quality, and supplier performance.
• Deliver measurable value uplift through savings, cost avoidance, and commercial optimisation across operating and capital spend, structuring contracts and service models (management agreements, operating contracts, frameworks) aligned to business risk and lifecycle.
• Strengthen negotiation posture and supplier strategy for critical packages while mitigating operational risk through appropriate commercial and service-level structuring.
• Translate Hospitality & Tourism business plans into a 12–24 month executable procurement roadmap aligned to operational milestones, ensuring Category Managers execute in line with approved commercial intent and quality standards, and intervening in complex or time-critical procurements to resolve prioritisation conflicts and protect operating milestones.
• Act as trusted commercial advisor to Hospitality & Tourism leadership, providing defensible recommendations balancing guest experience, brand standards, cost, and market dynamics, and preparing clear, executive-ready strategy packs and approval documentation.

• 8+ years’ experience in procurement, sourcing, or commercial roles, ideally including service-heavy or operational spend environments, with a strong track record of delivering measurable commercial value and complex negotiations.
• Experience managing senior stakeholders and acting as a trusted business partner, with executive-level communication and structured commercial judgement.
• Strong understanding of service contracting, supplier performance, and market dynamics, with the ability to influence without formal authority and challenge constructively.
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments with evolving priorities, demonstrating delivery discipline and a performance management focus.
• Fast learner with intellectual curiosity across new categories and business models, and governance-driven, audit-aware decision-making.
• Hospitality, tourism, retail, or consumer-services exposure is a plus but not mandatory; sector-specific onboarding and support will be provided.
