Pratheeshan is an experienced supply chain and procurement leader with a strong track record in driving public sector transformation and unlocking value across Private Equity portfolio companies. He specialises in end-to-end supply chain optimisation, procurement strategy and operating model design, with expertise in complex infrastructure, logistics, and public health programmes. He has advised senior government stakeholders and led delivery on major UK initiatives across energy, defence and health.

He also leads logistics and warehousing transformations, supporting clients across multiple industries to optimise operations, integrate 3PLs and extract value from global networks and systems.
