Garima Madaan

Garima is an experienced M&A and Procurement Excellence (PEx) transformation leader with a strong track record of delivering complex, large-scale global programmes. She specialises in navigating the intricacies of carve-outs and post-merger integrations, enabling organisations to realise value quickly and sustainably through well-structured transformation strategies.

Over the course of her career, she has led and supported major transformations across Consumer Products, Healthcare and Retail sectors, working with global organisations across Europe, North America, APAC and MENA. She brings deep expertise in programme leadership, financial operations (including Zero-Based Budgeting), procurement excellence, and operating model redesign.

Garima has extensive experience driving tech-enabled transformations, supporting vendor selection and embedding AI and automation to enhance efficiency and decision-making. Her work spans productivity improvement, shared services strategy, and end-to-end program and change management, partnering closely with senior stakeholders to deliver measurable and sustainable impact.

She holds an MBA in General Management and a degree in Engineering.
