Jen leads Efficio’s Marketing category practice, helping clients bring greater commercial rigour to Marketing and strengthening collaboration between Marketing and Procurement. She draws on best practices from across industries to help organisations make better-informed investment decisions, build more effective supplier relationships and align Procurement activity with wider business objectives.

Jen has worked across public sector, private sector and private equity-backed organisations, with a particular focus on Pharmaceutical and Healthcare. She has supported large multinational businesses across Europe, the Middle East and China, and has a strong track record of bringing together cross-functional stakeholders with differing priorities to turn strategic ambitions into practical, sustainable change.
