Efficio is looking for a hands-on Human Resources Specialist who thrives in fast-paced environments and gets satisfaction from making HR processes run like clockwork. From onboarding new hires to keeping employee records pristine, you’ll be the go-to person for operational HR support in Mexico and the US.
Responsibilities:
· Manage day-to-day HR admin (contracts, right to work checks, references, etc.)
· Support onboarding and offboarding processes
· Maintain accurate HR records and systems
· Respond to employee queries and support managers with policy questions
· Coordinate benefits administration and vendor interactions
· Support HR projects such as policy updates, audits, and reporting
· Management of VISA processing for the US and Mexico
Requirements:
· 2-4 years’ experience in HR administration or HR operations
· Highly detail-oriented, organised, and proactive
· Experience working with HRIS (Sage ePeople or similar) a plus
· Strong communication skills in English and Spanish
· Discreet and trustworthy — comfortable handling sensitive data
For this role, it is required to work 4 days per week from our Mexico office.
