Efficio’s German office named Top Employer SME 2019

Global procurement consultancy Efficio’s German office has been named in the Top Employer SME 2019 list by FOCUS-BUSINESS magazine.
Each year, employers from various categories are recognised in FOCUS-BUSINESS’s annual list based on employer assessments from the evaluation portal kununu.com. The results of the comprehensive study form the basis for selecting the most employee-friendly companies, which are presented in a special edition of FOCUS-BUSINESS.
Efficio scored particularly high in the ‘Working Atmosphere’, ‘Interaction between Colleagues’, and ‘Career/Further Training’ categories, making it one of the best 2,800 employers in the SME sector. With an overall score of 4.33/5 and a referral rate of 94%, this confirms the high level of satisfaction among both applicants and employees at the company.
