Efficio is the world’s largest specialist procurement and supply chain consultancy, with offices across Europe, North America, and the Middle East. The Resourcing and Project Delivery team (team of 7) are responsible for resource allocation activities, deploying our 1,000+ consultants to projects such that we:
assign consultants to roles that meet their personal development objectives,allocate resources with the specialist skillsets required on a client-by-client basis, and;build team structures to deliver high-quality, efficient programmes to maximise profitability.
The team is currently based in London, New York and Dubai and is supported by our regional operations teams in Copenhagen, Dubai, Dusseldorf, Lisbon and Mexico.
What will you be doing?
Enable the ongoing rapid growth of Efficio by proactively mitigating mid term resource challenges across junior and senior project staffing, allowing high quality project deliverySupport the allocation of consultants on to projectsMaintain intimate knowledge of ongoing development needs, project transitions, career aspirations and wellbeingPartner with consultants, mentors, HR and L&D to support and facilitate consultants’ career developmentProactively manage consultant wellness and feed back to businessContribute to internal retention initiativesResponsible for the smooth onboarding of consultants (both new hires and temporary assignments from other regions) becoming their first point of contact for staffing related questionsUtilise Certinia (PSA technology or similar) functionality to provide insights into resource utilisation, demand and forecasting from our Project Management ERP systemEnsure Certinia reflects staffing decisions for managed consultants and is an updated single source of truthA continuous improvement mindset to challenge current ways of working and to seek process and efficiency improvementsWorking with the Business Development team and leadership to monitor sales opportunities and associated resource needs. Updating changes to resource requirements when necessaryDevelop future Resourcing forecast through resource planning process by partnering with colleagues in the Project Delivery team, local leadership and Recruitment to agree recruitment targets, i.e., quantity, grade, specific skillsetsMaintain reporting, tools and trackers to monitor resourcing bottlenecks and drive effective escalation and resolution with the European leadership team
Experience in a people facing role, ideally in Recruitment/L&DGeneral understanding of business operations in a professional services environmentInterest in people development, proactively seeking the right opportunities for consultantsAble to manage multiple activities for different stakeholders under time pressureAble to flex to different working styles and personalitiesExperienced user of Microsoft PowerPoint and ExcelExcellent written and oral communication skillsExcellent organisation skills and attention to detailExcellent analytical skills and comfortable with managing and analysing large datasets within ExcelProactive, quick learner, curiousCalm, empathetic and diplomatic
Degree educatedExperience of Professional Services Automation technology (resource management e.g. SalesForce, Certinia (previously called FinancialForce), Workday or other similar toolsInterest in coaching/mentoring activities would be a plusFluent in one of our business languages would be advantageous
