Efficio has operated in the Kingdom since 2014 and opened its Riyadh office in 2019. Today, our team of nearly 250 consultants supports clients across infrastructure, giga-projects, and strategic transformation programmes aligned with Vision 2030.

Our Summer Internship Programme offers high-performing Saudi students the opportunity to gain hands-on consulting experience while contributing to some of the Kingdom’s most ambitious initiatives

What will you be doing?

  • As an intern, you will work as part of a consulting team on live client projects. From day one, you will be exposed to real business challenges and contribute to delivering tangible results.

  • You will:
  • Analyse data and develop structured, insight-driven recommendations
  • Contribute to problem-solving workshops and client discussions
  • Support the development of recommendations and implementation plans
  • Collaborate closely with experienced consultants and senior leaders
  • Gain exposure to large-scale Vision 2030 and giga-project initiatives

    - Strong communication skills, with a high level of proficiency in English (written and verbal)
