The Role:
Location: Saudi Arabia (site-based role outside Riyadh)

We are looking for a senior commercial partner to the Community Services & Operations business, responsible for shaping and delivering procurement strategies that underpin reliable, high-quality services to the community, residents, visitors, and internal operations.

The role translates operational and service plans into sourcing and contracting strategies that protect service continuity, optimise total cost of ownership, and secure dependable long-term partners across facilities, mobility, utilities, and community-facing services, combining strategic advisory with hands-on intervention on high-value or operationally critical packages.

What will you be doing?

• Shape sourcing, route-to-market, and contracting strategies for Community Services & Operations, driving early market engagement to secure capacity, pricing, and service quality across facilities, mobility, and community services.
• Challenge scope, specifications, and service levels to balance service quality, operational resilience, and total cost of ownership, implementing value levers across cost, performance, and supplier accountability.
• Deliver value through savings, cost avoidance, and commercial optimisation, structuring contracts and service models (integrated FM, bundled services, performance-based contracts, frameworks) aligned to operational risk and lifecycle.
• Strengthen supplier strategy and negotiations for critical contracts while mitigating operational, safety, and reputational risk through robust SLAs, KPIs, and governance.
• Translate plans into a 12–24 month procurement roadmap, ensuring execution aligns with commercial intent and service standards, and intervening in complex or time-critical procurements to protect service continuity.
• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing clear recommendations balancing service quality, cost, risk, and market dynamics, and preparing executive-ready materials.
• 8+ years’ experience in procurement, sourcing, or commercial roles, ideally within services-based or operational spend environments, with a strong track record of delivering measurable commercial value and complex negotiations.
• Experience managing senior stakeholders and acting as a trusted business partner, with executive-level communication and structured commercial judgement.
• Strong understanding of service contracting, SLAs, KPIs, and supplier performance management, with the ability to influence without formal authority and challenge constructively.
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments with evolving priorities, demonstrating delivery discipline and a strong performance management focus.
• Fast learner with intellectual curiosity across new categories and service models, and governance-driven, audit-aware decision-making.
• Facilities, utilities, mobility, or community/public services exposure is a plus but not mandatory; sector-specific onboarding and support will be provided.
