Louis Ihle

Louis is an experienced procurement leader with a focus on identifying and realising savings, from the initial opportunity assessment through to global procurement transformations converting potentials into in-year, bottom-line results. He has delivered procurement programmes on multi-country footprints and private-equity-backed assets, where speed to value is critical. He has led programmes across the pharmaceutical, medical technology, retail, automotive and logistics sectors, and builds lasting capability in client teams.

He also co-leads Efficio’s Logistics practice, advising clients on transport, warehousing, and fulfilment, from network and provider strategy through tendering to implementation.
