Charlotte Jewer

Charlotte is a digital product leader with over 10 years of experience in agile software development and delivery. She leads the development of Efficio’s proprietary procurement suite, the Connected Platform, overseeing product design & requirements and delivery across multiple development workstreams.

As part of this role, Charlotte helps drive the transformation of procurement consulting through digital innovation, scalable systems, and knowledge-driven workflows. She works cross-functionally with consultants & client teams to embed AI-powered tools, structured methodologies, and real-time data insights into the heart of project delivery.

She is a regular speaker on Digital Procurement, having presented at events such as the World Digital Procurement Summit and Cranfield University, sharing her insights on how technology is reshaping procurement strategy and delivery.
