Efficio is utilizing an ‘Agile Sourcing Methodology’, which involves continuous and iterative joint solutioning exercises with potential suppliers, resulting in a more efficient timeline.  

Efficio is working closely with senior leadership and the client team to develop strategic partnerships with suppliers, attain best-of-class commercial terms, and to drive change throughout the organization. This business transformation is expected to drive over $1B in value, impacting over 20 million customers and thousands of employees.
