How private equity firms use procurement as a lever for value creation

| Aquavit, New York

CPO Club, 12:45 a.m. - 4 a.m.

Speaker: Bob Callahan, Operating Principal at Global Infrastructure Partners

In a low growth economy and highly competitive deal market, leading private equity houses are generating substantial value in their portfolio companies through procurement improvements. Since procurement savings and efficiencies pass directly to the bottom line, it is a key focus area for private equity owners and management teams in value creation plans. This event will bring together operating partners and CPOs that are working or have worked in PE backed environments.
