Having established our office in New York last year, we now have a strong revenue base in North America, with a number of large projects with Private Equity-owned companies and blue chip financial institutions.
One of these projects is a large strategic sourcing programme focusing on direct materials, logistics and factory spend for a Private Equity-owned manufacturing company with 11 locations across the US. This involves the team working closely with Engineering and Operations to address complex spends.
We are also working for a leading North American insurer, where we are conducting a sourcing programme across claims spend, e.g., Auto Body Shops, Glass Repair, Salvage Adjusters and Legal spend; working closely with Claims stakeholders in this core are.
We’ve been busy on the marketing front too, having attended the recent Procurement Leaders conference in Miami. Over the course of the summer we will also be hosting a number of roundtable discussions at two further Procurement Leaders conferences. The first is the Financial Services Summit which will be held in New York on 23rd June 2016 and is a focused CPO roundtable event. The second is the East Cost Forum in Boston on 13-14th September 2016. This is a larger conference where we are the Engagement Partner and will host a roundtable session facilitating the Q&A session.
Efficio named one of the Top 50 "Providers to Know"
Efficio has been named one of the Top 50 “Providers to Know” in the 2016 Spend Matters Almanac, so we are really building momentum.
Over the last two months, we have been expanding our Private Equity network in a comprehensive roadshow programme which saw us meeting 40 North American Private Equity funds in New York, Boston, Toronto and Chicago. We have been very encouraged by the outcome of these meetings where Efficio is already well regarded based on our significant North American and global credentials, and our focus on Direct Materials and Capex Costs, in addition to the more typical Indirect Costs.
We look forward to continuing our brand building as we build out our local team.
