Phil Woode

Phil has over a two decades of experience in management consulting and industry, across Operations, Procurement and Supply Chain, and in Technical and Procurement roles in the Pharmaceuticals industry.  He has worked with a wide range of clients across the private and public sectors, including in central Government, NHS, Defence, Oil and Gas, Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing and Retail.

Phil has strong expertise in large scale Programme Management, as well as in delivering complex high-value negotiations in the public sector.  He is also experienced in Supply Chain programme delivery, development of target operating models, and operations improvement and process design.
