Frank joined Efficio in April 2021 with extensive expertise in the field of manufacturing, restructuring, and supply chain management, to co-lead the team in the German region. Frank is an expert for Industry 4.0 (The Fourth Industrial Revolution), and specialises in comprehensive transformation and supplier integration, offering expert advice on all aspects of strategic procurement, production-related supply chains, and process optimisation.

Frank has particular expertise supporting customers in the industrial sector. He specialises in the management and supervision of international purchase and supply chain management projects with a focus on cost optimisation, restructuring and transformation of procurement-related structures and processes.
Prior to joining Efficio, Frank worked with a number of well-known international management consultancies. He was a long-standing member of the executive board of a tier 1 supplier in the automotive industry responsible for the optimisation of value chains, and head of central procurement and materials management with a leading manufacturer of electronic components.
Frank plays an important advisory role in branches of the manufacturing industry dealing with complex manufacturing and supply processes. He has a broad range of experience with companies in the automotive supply industry, mechanical and plant engineering, the electrical and electronics industry, the process and packaging industry, as well as companies from the fields of aviation and defence technology.
