Efficio named as supplier on Crown Commercial Service's specialist contact centre consultancy services framework

Procurement experts Efficio have been named as a supplier on Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) Contact Centre framework.

CCS is an executive agency of the Cabinet Office, supporting the public sector to achieve maximum value when procuring common goods and services.

The framework agreement covers all public sector bodies including central government departments and local councils. It has been designed to help these bodies design contact centres to deliver a range of key services to the public from benefit, tax and advisory through to emergency services.
 
The two-year framework agreement enables Efficio to provide strategic advice to public sector bodies on the design of contact centre services, with a focus on improving efficiencies, minimising risks and delivering value for money.
 
 

We are delighted to have been awarded a place on CCS’s Contact Centre framework. Contact centres provide an important channel of communication between public sector bodies and the British public using these services. To ensure their ongoing future, managing costs and efficiencies from the outset is vital. We have a strong track record of providing strategic advice to organisations such as National Grid, British Gas, Thames Water and South-West Police, while our recent appointment to the HealthTrust Europe public sector framework further highlights our expertise and capabilities within the sector. We look forward to working closely with CCS and the public sector bodies it supports to help deliver on their objectives.
