Feeney to lead Swiss Private Equity Conference debate

Declan Feeney, Private Equity Advisor at Efficio, will be moderating a panel discussion on the ‘Impact of foreign buyouts’ at the 7th Swiss Private Equity Conference which is taking place on 18 May 2017 at the Park Hyatt hotel in Zurich. 

The conference is a one-day event and brings together 50 speakers and 300 attendees (80+ LPs, 60+ GPs and 30+ CxOs) from the most significant private equity players of the Swiss and European Iindustry, such as 3i, The BlackStone Group, BC Partners, Alpinvest, Novartis Venture Fund, Bridgepoint, KKR, Hamburg Family Office, Pantheon, Capvis and more, for a day of unrivalled networking. 

Declan has over 20 years of business experience, largely in the European private equity industry, and has been with Efficio since 2012. He specialises in issues around private equity value creation programmes and post-merger integration, providing support to private equity group operating partners or deal teams during the opportunity assessment and implementation phases of Efficio’s projects. He has worked primarily with companies operating in the industrial, business services, telecom and software sectors, and also has strong M&A and corporate finance experience.
