Efficio lands major public sector procurement contract

15 Mar 2017

Efficio, the procurement experts, have been appointed to a public sector framework managed by the HealthTrust Europe, a group purchasing organisation.

The framework agreement allows Efficio to provide procurement consultancy and advisory services to public sector bodies for a period of two years, effective immediately, with scope to extend for a further two years.

The contract covers all public sector bodies including ministerial and non-ministerial central government departments, the Ministry of Defence, devolved UK governmental and parliamentary organisations, NHS UK, all local authorities, emergency services and educational institutions, as well as Her Majesty’s Prison Service.

Additionally, it applies to organisations of a health or social care nature operating in the UK or another EU country, with procurement needs similar to those of UK public sector bodies.

We are delighted to have been appointed to HealthTrust Europe’s public sector framework following a rigid selection process. We have extensive experience in developing and implementing effective procurement strategies for a number of organisations including National Grid, British Gas, Thames Water, South-West Police and the tri-borough councils of the City of Westminster, the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham, and the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. This, combined with our commitment to delivering sustainable improvement opportunities while never compromising on service, quality or safety, indicates that we will be a strong fit with the public sector community.
