Andrea and Victoria will lead the discussion on supplier diversity, a topic that is gaining traction and becoming a top priority for procurement organisations worldwide, highlighting a shift of corporate objectives towards social and economic inclusion. Victoria will kick off the session with an overview of supplier diversity, followed by Andrea who will outline why it is important and how it connects with an organisation's broader ESG agenda. The session will then open up for discussion giving participants the opportunity to share their experiences, views and questions about the topic.
