Efficio provides a range of client-tailored services, all with the same purpose: to help organisations get more value from their procurement - whether through identifying and implementing cost savings, introducing new processes or procurement-related technology or identifying ways to manage supplier relationships on a more strategic level.

A new way of working
We are flexible around how companies work with us. We can take a co-leadership role in a large-scale transformation or we can provide specific resources that can drive smaller projects more or less independently.

Increasingly, we find that large companies have already undertaken a large scale transformation programme and are looking now not to up-skill or transform their procurement organisation, but rather to add to it in order to deliver more. For such clients, we offer the Extended Sourcing Team, which enables the client to tap into our resources and know-how on an as needed basis.

In everything we do, the depth of our expertise combined with the pragmatism of our people means we deliver results, not simply reports. Our people “do the doing” – clients rarely engage us on strategy-only assignments. So when Efficio is engaged to strategically source a category on behalf of a client, we stay with the client until the supplier arrangements are in place and the savings can be traced to the P&L.
