What We Look For

Successful candidates will have the following:
- An excellent educational background, with degrees gained from leading institutions
- Excellent analytical and data manipulation skills
- Strong self confidence and excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English plus at least one other European language (preferred)
- A high degree of motivation, and 100% travel flexibility
For experienced roles, we expect a combination of the following:
- Significant experience gained at a premier management consultancy
- Experience in procurement, strategic sourcing or supply chain consulting
- International experience with a blue-chip/Fortune 500 company
For graduate level roles, we expect the following:
- Internship experience gained within a blue-chip/Fortune 500 company
- Preferably international exposure through work experience or study abroad programmes
- Proven interest in both management consulting and procurement
