Application Process
Efficio recruits outstanding individuals on an ongoing basis. Our recruitment process is flexible and respects the constraints of busy professionals.
Following submission of your CV, and if your details are of interest to us, we will be in touch to start the assessment process.
This is composed of three stages. Please see below for further information:
Online Test
- A 30 minute numerical and problem solving assessment
- Attaining an acceptable test score leads to an invitation for interview
First Round Assessment
- Interview(s) with one to two consultants, typically including a case study
- Excel-based case study
Final Round Interview
- Interview with one to two Vice Presidents/Principals
At each meeting you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your skills and experience but also to learn more about Efficio directly from our consultants.
