Position: Vice President

Melaye is a co-founder of Efficio, and has been with the firm since 2000. She has over 16 years of experience in industry and consulting, with a specific focus on strategic sourcing and supply chain optimisation. She has most recently led pan European client engagements for Financial Services, Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing and Retail clients.  Melaye is focused on growing Efficio's client base in France and Switzerland. Prior to Efficio, she was a Manager with A.T. Kearney in London, after working in R&D for Swiss-based Infotec, a leading financial data integrator. Melaye holds a Bachelor in Engineering from Brown University and an MBA from INSEAD. An Ethiopian national, she speaks Amharic, English, French and Spanish.
